Keshet Bar-Yadin, MA, CPCC

Psychotherapist & Co-active Coach
(Individual & Group Therapy)

Languages: English, Hebrew, Polish

Areas of Speciality: I specialise in offering support after loss

Clinical Approach: I am a psychotherapist, practicing experiential somatic therapy based on mindfulness and compassion. My focus is on helping people after loss to process their grief while honouring their pain and holding a belief that post-traumatic growth is possible.

I specialize in supporting individuals after loss, guiding them through the process of grief toward learning to live a full life with and beside their loss. My approach honors the loss and pain while embracing the belief that Post-Traumatic Growth is possible. I take a holistic approach to grief, integrating Hakomi Experiential Psychotherapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and coaching tools to help clients carry their grief with compassion and resilience.

No one needs to grieve alone.

Beyond my private practice, I am a board member of Bishvil Hahayim, a non-profit organization that supports bereaved families impacted by suicide, traffic accidents, and homicide, while also advocating for suicide prevention on a national level. I co-run a closed Facebook group for suicide loss survivors, deliver lectures on suicide awareness and prevention, and am an active member of the Israeli “Loss, Grief, and Bereavement Forum.”

Together, we can honor your loss, carry it with compassion, and create space for growth and a meaningful life alongside it.
