Areas of Focus: I’m passionate about training women with heavy weights to shape glutes and the feminine shape of the body. 

Approach: I offer 4 types of classes divided by muscle group so every women can chose the training by her own specific workout plan:

  1. Peaches focuses on the lower body,

  2. Hourglass targets the upper body,

  3. FB is a full-body workout perfect for beginners or those short on time, and

  4. Killer, which is aerobics and abs—the name explains it all. It's intense!
