Clinical Approach: Compassionate, intuitive, and deeply understanding. My yoga flows are designed for busy minds seeking to reconnect with the present—guiding you out of the mind and into the body. Each vinyasa flow is like a wave, beginning gently with meditation to center the mind and gradually warming up the spine and body. As the flow progresses, sun salutations and flowing builds internal heat, leading into strong, held postures that prepare the body for deep stretching and release. The practice culminates in Savasana, bringing the body to a state of deep rest and recovery.


There is a strong focus on trauma release at a cellular level, with encouragement to move at your own pace and honor your body’s signals. I emphasize the belief that you are stronger and more capable than you realize—reminding you that the body achieves what the mind believes. Ultimately, my flows are designed to cultivate the inner peace and tranquility that each individual innately has within.


Reiki/Energy healing sessions are highly intuitive. I actually prefer to go into a session without any information about the individual I’m treating, allowing my intuition to fully guide the process. This approach creates space for the natural flow of energy to unfold and heal organically.
